Barbara, Florida
“We had a bit of excitement today. Our ATM card was disabled by the bank
and I couldn't buy my groceries this afternoon. I called the
bank and found out they cancelled the card because there were
fraudulent withdraws made on our account in Turkey! $462 was
withdrawn before the card was disabled after a second
attempt to make a withdrawal. Now we have to go through the
hassle of not having an ATM card and being out all that
money. They even charged us a service fee for using an ATM
machine that was out-of-network! Guess this is the stuff
your book is made for. I am furious!”
Many phone calls and hundreds of hours later,
Barbara's account was restored.

Steve, New Hampshire
“Thanks for the good information. I was turned down
for a loan and couldn't figure out why. I got
a copy of my credit report like you said to do.
There was so much stuff on it that I could hardly
read it. I ordered the other two reports and
they seemed to be okay. I finally figured out
that the one credit agency had combined my report
with another person's with the same name as mine.
With your help I knew what to do to get it straightened out."
Steve's identity was not stolen
but the error made by the credit agency made it impossible for him to get a loan.
Mistakes happen. Steve will now check his credit reports on a regular basis!

“Thanks for the system to organize my credit cards. I didn't
realize I had so many cards that I never use. After
cancelling several of the cards, my credit score even went
up. I can also plan my finances better now because I know
exactly when I have to pay the cards I do use. Thanks
again.” |
